Beer Ads

I could not think of any beer commercials that I remembered on TV, so I looked one up on youtube.com and I think I found the most crude, inappropriate and sexist commercial ever made. I'm not sure if this one was ever aired or not, but my guess is this commercial only exists on the Internet. The whole commercial is in view of a woman's bear back with a Guinness beer bottle resting on her lower back. The woman is rocking back and forth and throughout the commercial a different hand comes from the right, left and below. Each hand grabs the Guinness bottle, takes a drink, and replaces it on the back of the woman. At the end of the commercial, text appears on the screen saying, "Share one with a friend. . . Or two." Although terribly inappropriate, this commercial accurately depicts an extreme look on the way men and woman are portrayed in beer commercials. Woman are treated as objects. They serve the men in any and every way possible and the men use them as things like beer holders, as seen in this ad. Beer commercials know the two things that mostly all men crave: alcohol and sex. Beer commercials accurately represent the worst sides of all men.
